Run 400m
19 Burpees
Run 400m
18 Burpees
...continue this descending rep scheme until you reach your final 400m run and 1 burpee


Scoring: For Time


Expert: wear a weight vest 20/14 lb
Rx: as written
Scale: Reduce the distance to 200m each set and/or do 20, 18, 16, 14, etc on the burpees.

I take that back. I did 400 m runs but counted down the burpees 2 at a time – 20, 18, etc.

Did the scaled version Thursday. 48 minutes. Pretty good workout. Hope you all have a great weekend.
