Man Makers- Have sandbag on ground in front of you, perform a pushup on the sandbag, then get on your feet, row the sandbag then front squat and bring the sandbag overhead.

For the low crawls I wasn’t sure how 50 meters measured in my backyard so I just set a two minute timer for each set.
