First of all, you’ll need to step off \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eafter midnight\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. Then, you’ll ruck to a body of water; it could be a creek, a fountain, a pond, or even a splash pad. What matters is that you all get completely immersed…or at least drenched from head to toe. (Bonus points if you all do hydro-burpees as a team!)
