Got a 4 mile ruck with 65lb in. Time was 1hr5min.

Functions Check done. 27 Thrusters with 60 lbs.

I did the monthly tribe workout today instead – American Flag
2 Rounds, 800m ruck, 50 ruck Lunges, 13 SB burpees, 400m ruck, 50 ruck flutter kicks and 13 SB squat clean thruster 30# ruck/60#SB. 44:50 great workout. Happy early 4th of July
