Start with 1 rep for each movement, every round increase by 1 rep until you hit 10 reps each movement

After each round: 50m ruck shuffle
Buy out: 1 min Ruck overhead hold
Scoring: Completion- focus on good reps
Rx: Ruck (30/20)
Use ruck for pushups then go slick as soon as form is sacrificed
