Love to hate this workout. Felt off from the start but powered thru. No excuses on Tribute workouts.

I had to cut this short because of wussiness. It was raining and 47 when I finished. Only did 5 rounds in 53:40. 30# ruck.

I did enjoy the videos, but I understand it takes time. However, typing in the exercise in Google usually leads to a video of the exercise, at the least a variation.
Thank you GORUCK for all you do! I love the gear. I miss the btwb app, but I just keep up with the exercises now in a steno pad. Please, please, though, do not stop posting the workouts. I’ll figure the other stuff out! I love the workouts. Always challenging and fun! Thank you!!!

I officially hate low crawl ruck flips…..in the best way possible. Believe it or not, the high-shoulder ruck run was the easy part of that workout.
