Hey Ben, workouts are uploaded. Was out of town this past weekend at Ruckapalooza so I didn’t get the chance to get them out last week.
60# sandbag for squats, 35# ruck for step ups and slick for bear crawls. 6 rounds + 20 squats and 5 step ups.
