Our yoga sessions are designed to keep you moving with ease, and feeling balanced and strong. Each flow will help you recover, preparing both body and mind for the next adventure.

Co-founder of GORUCK, Emily is a former CIA intelligence officer and lifelong athlete who was a collegiate runner before she discovered the benefits of rucking over two decades ago. While her competitive spirit thrives in endurance challenges, she finds equal joy in being a beginner—whether catching waves or climbing, always eager to learn from those around her. Her preferred habitat is a jungle beach, where she can soak in the beauty of nature, sip fresh coconuts, and embrace the rhythm of the great outdoors.

A key voice for GORUCK and VP of Coaching at Pump Club, Jen is a renowned fitness expert with over 20 years of experience leading in strength, mindset, and sustainable wellness. As a best-selling, globally published author and former Fitness Director for SHAPE magazine, she has been instrumental in building a results-driven approach to training that blends science-backed strength work with real-life habit change. Jen’s known for creating powerful breakthroughs that last and be there with you every step—guiding training sessions, sharing mindset tools, and helping you build strength, confidence, and momentum you can carry forward long after the weekend ends.

GORUCK’s Director of Training and an experienced Strength Coach and Yoga Instructor with 20+ years of training & guiding others to a healthier lifestyle. Nichele has been instrumental in shaping GORUCK’s approach to movement and recovery. She led GORUCK’s first retreats to the Osa Peninsula and personally trekked the trails we’ll be taking on. Throughout the event, Nichele will be there for each ruck, leading yoga flows to keep you strong, flexible, and ready to tackle every challenge ahead.
