Built for Distance Rucking

Purpose built for long range Rucking and Rucking Events like GORUCK Selection and other endurance events. You have a heavy pack out and you move out for miles and miles on end and you want the most comfortable rucksack ever built on your back.

The Rucker Long Range has padded straps and the fabric used on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps will not cause friction burn. You can even wear it shirtless and it plays well with delicate fabrics like Merino. There is also Lumbar Support via an additional 30mm of EVA foam padding along the bottom section of the back panel that supports the natural curve of your back. It’s raised up, protects you from friction from seams on pants or belts. And if it’s exposed to your skin, that’s no problem either.

With 2 large compartments and multiple pockets, there is plenty of room for supplies and you can keep everything in its place.

    Ruck Plate Compatibility

The Rucker® has been purpose-built for weighted PT and to be the best rucking backpack ever built.

The 39L Rucker® features two (2) Ruck Plate® pockets, one that holds a 10LB, 20LB or 30LB Standard Ruck Plate (secondary pocket) and one that holds a 45LB Plate or 30LB Long Ruck Plate (primary pocket).

Note: If you need more than 75 lbs (good on you) there’s plenty of room for a Filler Bag in the main rucksack compartment or you can always add a Sandbag for even more fun.

A 45 lb GORUCK ruck plate in an orange backpack on a worn wooden surface.

    Elevated Plate Pockets

The elevated plate pockets keep the weight high and secure on your back, which is the preferred method for rucking. This will help prevent any injuries or friction on your back. The Long Range Rucker features 2 elevated plate pockets, one that holds 20LB or 30LB (Standard) Ruck Plates and one that holds a 45LB Plate, 20LB (Long), or 30LB (Long). Don't be afraid to get wet

The Long Range Rucker features four drain holes. When you’re carrying up to 75lbs of plates, you don’t need water sloshing around the inside of your bag as well.

    Hip Belt Compatible

THE pack to log ALL the miles.

"What you’d expect from Go Ruck. Top tier build quality. No detail left behind. Form factor on this is spot on for the long walks. The lower lumbar pad is fantastic. Big difference from this and my GR2. 10/10 would recommend."

    Rucker Long Range

"Excellent Pack and Setup. I have been using a Military Backpack for about 3 months now and had roughly 48lbs of Brick Pavers in it. Walking about 2-3 miles about 3 times a week. What a blessing to now have a Backpack that's not only Comfortable but easy on my back and I'm able to walk fast and long with it on. Thank You So Much!!"

    Aaron A. (5/5)

    DC Commute/ Walk approved.

"I originally wanted to stay away from the GoRuck hype , but let me tell you , this bag is awesome. I commute into DC daily for work, and with the ten pound plate and my work gear , I’m sitting right at 30 pounds. The bag feels good against my body, is tough for the train commute, and effectively stores laptop, gear, snacks , lunch, water, documents , and a change of clothes and deodorant for a dude just trying to get his ruck on."

    Absolutely Legit!

"I’ve only had it out once so far due to weather in Northern California, but first impressions matter, and this thing delivers. Storage and layout are what stood out immediately. I run my packs with purpose—radios, medical, food, and mission-essential gear—so organization isn’t optional. This Long-Range pack is built with that in mind. Everything has a place, and it’s laid out in a way that actually makes sense. Build quality is exactly what you’d expect. Durable, well-constructed, and clearly designed for real use, not just looks. For context, I’ve spent 20 years with a large California fire agency and 10 years working as a SWAT paramedic. I depend on my gear in environments where failure isn’t acceptable. I’m selective about what I use, and this pack meets the standard. I’ll be putting it through real use, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I’ll be buying more for my family. Good work and thank you for everything you guys do."

    Great Quality!

"Loving getting started with my Long Range Rucker! The fit is perfect, and the build quality is very rugged. I've added an optional hip belt and rain fly as I'm using it to train up for a 72-mile section backpacking trip this spring. I currently have the 10- and 20-lb standard plate and the 30-lb long plate, but may add the 45-lb long and 30-lb standard. My backpack will be at around 44 lbs base weight with about another 20 lbs of consumables for the hike."
